How do I schedule an initial consultation?

How do I schedule the initial consultation lab work follow-up visit?

  • You will recieve an email in your patient portal indicating you are able to schedule

How do I schedule once I have purchased a membership?

  • You will schedule your first membership visit at the time of purchase

  • Subsequent visits will be scheduled at the end of your visit

What if I have to reschedule my appointment?

  • 48hr advance notice required

  • There is a $150 cancellation fee for canceling an appointment less than 48hr in advance

Grace period for appointment times?

  • We will wait 10 minutes for you to arrive before considering the visit a no-show.

  • There is a $150 no show fee
