Virtual sick visits are available to appropriate patients located in New York at the time of the visit. Some symptoms and conditions cannot be safely diagnosed or treated through virtual care and may require laboratory testing, imaging, an in-person examination, urgent care, or emergency evaluation.
One-time sick visits are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe or potentially life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.
